The family acquired Logan Crane Hire in 2007 and has now included the origins of the Manns involvement in their trading names, with the Logan Crane Hire business, referred to as Manns Logan Crane Hire, operating out of the Rocklea transport depot and additional facilities at Kingston, Brisbane. The business has been highly successful in recent years with the emphasis shifting from Building and Construction to more Civil works due to the downturn in the building industry and the upturn in infrastructure capital works since the GFC and the Floods. Capabilities include heavy equipment lifts, factory moves, erection of industrial and commercial structures, mining and bridge projects and general crane hire. Other recent projects we have worked on are the ARRP Southern Qld Bridge Project and the M1 Motorway upgrade.
